Amazing service. Phoned late afternoon Friday for an emergency call out. They were fully, fully, booked but when told I had 6 Americans arriving on Sunday morning for a 2 week letting and a non- working fridge and freezer, they sent someone out early Saturday morning. Really pleasant, helpful engineer. Excellent value for money. My undying gratitude for rescuing me.

Couldn’t ask for a better service phoned at 9.30am to place order new fridge delivered and installed with old one taken away by11.30am. For any electrical requirements including repairs wouldn’t go anywhere else plus it local and think we should all use our local stores when can. Recommended them by our regular washing machine repair man who retired. They have been brilliant, customer service has gone above and beyond to help as have two kids so washing is never ending.
