Have know Doughy for a number of years through Purchasing. Always gives information about appliance.Always has time for a chat and provides a good atmosphere. Will always go there for my appliances. Excellent service.I have recommended friends who are now satisfied customers now.

Have used this company twice in the past couple of years, firstly for a Fridge Freezer (which was delivered same day) and yesterday for a washing machine which was delivered today. Same price as AO but quicker delivery, very polite and helpful staff both in store and delivery. Would use again and definitely recommend.

I cannot praise the men in the shop enough. They were very helpful and knew their stuff. In addition they organised the gas man who disconnected my old cooker, took it away and installed the new one - Very happy all round!

Just had a fridge freezer delivered and I can’t praise them enough because of a cupboard at the top of stairs which is very awkward they needed an extra man and within ten minutes another great guy came and bravo it was in the flat everything was spot on the lady Jeanette was very helpful when we were choosing the fridge freezer i will always shop here now for my items as the service is excellent thankyou again for the excellent service x

I recently ordered a built in dishwasher to be delivered. My initial thoughts were to ask a joiner friend to fit it for me to save money but decided to pay Euronics the install fee as well. It was certainly a great decision. The lead time was excellent and they were in and out within about 20-30 mins plus taking the old one away. Really well fitted and can certainly tell they do this day in day out. Definitely use again.

I collected my order from the shop. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m very pleased with every aspect.

Rang up, asked for part for a Samsung, they didn’t but said they may have a universal pump that will work, pleasant folk in the shop, very professional, and my washer dryer is now fixed. Thanks again!
