We recently bought a Siemens washing machine from the Witney store. We weren't sure which machine would best suit our needs so we asked George in the shop for guidance and he is very knowledgeable on the products stocked and was extremely helpful. When the machine was delivered the delivery team couldn't do enough for us and we are very pleased with both the machine and the service that we have received from the team at Witney. Highly recommended and many thanks to George and his team.

Fantastic service from George (at the Witney store). He was able to discuss the difference between products with me and having made my selection went on to arrange delivery for the same afternoon. Not often you get someone who clearly knows their products and well worth paying a little more than the competitions price. plus the item was in store and I could view the physical item rather than an internet photo). Hope you guys are there for many more years

I ordered a dishwasher at about 9 this morning and it was delivered and installed by 1PM old machine taken away. Brilliant service and covid responsible. Refused a coffee I offered and masks on during visit. Can't fault. Only here about 20 minutes in total. Brilliant.

Bought a Fridge Freezer from the Wantage store on Saturday at 10 am, it was delivered and installed by 12 am, that's service for you.

Desperately disappointing and unresponsive experience with Peter Ledbury. Would have given ZERO stars if possible. Twice went in and spoke to them about getting prices on 2 appliances. Left email address and am still waiting. I can only make the assumption they are so busy that they can turn away or ignore basic requests such as a price and availability. I'd like to support local businesses if I can.

I came last week into the store last week and we also came in middle of September and left our details on both occasions and we have had no reply. You were having work done at the back of the store.

Brilliant service, ordered 2 washing machines on Monday and all plumbed in by Friday. Will definitely use them from now on. Thank you so much guys.

The two guys (M&M) who came and performed the Installation service did an absolutely blinding job. They managed to install a door from the Utility (hence the two handles, as the kitchen doors were disconntinued 12 years ago) onto a Fully Integrate Dishwasher, that was replacing a broken 15 year old semi integrated unit, so that panel was to small. Excellent Job. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Also want to thank 'L' for her excellently detailed and prompt email reply to one of our questions and for the unnamed gentleman who called the day before to confirm a time and spent a few minutes answering my questions on the installation.
