Went in on Friday morning to buy a new washing machine. Staff, friendly and helpful, choose my machine and was well chuffed when advised it would be delivered the following day. Delivery, fitting and old one taken away for no extra charge. Advised delivery between 2 and 4pm. Arived at 2.30, all fitted and sorted in very quick time by two nice fellas. Thanks to all at TEJ

These guys were top drawer for knowledge customer service and reliability I'd bought a fridge freezer and washing machine on a Saturday and organised a delivery for the following Monday time being after 4pm as this is when I would arrive home from work 4.10 they turned up got me taken care of and left absolutely fantastic
Forget all your big stores that have no concern for their customers
Salesman mark took care of me and their prices are good aswell great people

Cannot recommend enough. When my integrated fridge freezer died, I couldn't get a replacement installed anywhere for weeks...T.E.J. Domestic Appliances Ltd went above and beyond to make sure I got the one I wanted delivered as quickly as possible and managed to install it for me, instead of me having to wait weeks and weeks. Will definitely be buying directly from them in the future. :)
