I find myself prompted to write a review! I bought a refurbished washing machine from here a couple of years ago and it's still all working well. The service was friendly and genuine and the machine was delivered and fitted efficiently. I would use again and be happy to recommend as the whole process was great value and hassle free. Wonderfully stress free.

When reading all the positive reviews, you do wonder how true they are. My review has a blip so hopefully it helps validate anyone elses doubts. I bought dishwasher from ATA with Tom delivering it the very next day, and plumbed it in.... after a couple of uses I noticed a leak. So I emailed after office hours just to ask if something could be done to help resolve the leak. Tom replied within minutes and arranged to come and look the very next day.

The next day Tom arrived with a new pipe and was extremely apologetic about the leak (which was not his fault) replaced the pipe and now the dishwasher works like a dream.

Although no one was at fault here, Tom went out of his way to ensure his service was tip top. So I 100% would use ATA again and highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. We bought a washing machine from ATA 6 years ago. It's done very well for a family of 4. Then an underwire broke it, so we went back for another. I can't fault the service, pricing or quality.

Cannot speak highly enough of ATA... following absolutely abysmal service from Currys I contacted ATA at 9am on a Sat morn at the end of my tether in urgent need of a washer dryer for my poor tenant who'd been without one on and off for 2 months even though the machine was brand new Sep 2020!!
By 9.15 is was all sorted, Tom said he had a WD in stock and visited same day 1pm to fit a 6 month old better quality machine at a very reasonable price. I 100% recommend ATA and will always use in future.
