I bought a gas cooker from PRC, the service from day one was excellent. The staff were so helpful, they carried the item to my car and loaded in the boot, making sure I was OK and happy. I would definitely recommend shopping in PRC Direct. The items they sell is better value than other places. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

The sale assistants were all very helpful. I purchase a portable air conditioning unit from the Ilford branch today, and I must say how impressed I was with the high level of customer service from Kenny, Adam and Dan.The best part of my purchase was the positive behaviour from these guys. They all demonstrated strong knowledge on retail appliances and were able to give credible answers to all my queries. The shop is well maintained and the warm atmosphere definitely gives you the reassurance that you are at the right place. Well done guys and I hope to see you soon.

I would like to thank the two assistant's at the Ilford branch, I was desperate to replace my fridge freezer that had broke down. And I needed that replacement as soon as possible. Both assistant's went out of their way to help me.And the next day I had a Beko fridge freezer delivered .That's customer service well rewarded 😊

Bought LG 55B1 OLED in this branch. Best price and had a fantastic deal, purchased LG sound bar for half the price, Kenny was very helpful. He demo the TV and sound bar, delivered it to the car, excellent customer service and professionalism. I will buy again in PRC direct.

Very friendly staff member Manish assisted with selecting the right TV as per my needs recently. Great service, great prices and long lasting products. I also purchased 4 years ago too and the products are still in good condition.

Can't quite believe this shop doesn't have a better rating. I purchased a ninja appliance from them some time ago for the best price I could find, quick delivery. & then 11 months later it had an internal fault, I emailed the company on a Friday and by the following Friday they had collected and delivered me a new one, great communication inbetween. Can not fault them in any way thankyou
