Bought an item through ebay which was advertised as a universal cutlery basket for an indesit dishwasher. It does not fit due to the mouldings on the bottom of the basket. Misleading advertising refusing to pay my postage back.

I bought a faulty oven a month ago. The seller didn't believe I was telling the truth. I asked the seller to replace or take back the defective goods. He refused on either. I have a very bad opinion of this business. I will never buy here again. They also want to sell the defective product at full price. Outrageous, Disgusting

The company said they would ring back later in the day which they didn’t. They said they would come out on two separate occasions which they didn’t. And have just showed up without letting us know and with no face mask
