We were looking for a dishwasher during the pandemic, with the national shortage on white goods, there was a long wait. I missed the first order as the stock went so fast from the main Euronics supplier. Fortunately Steve and Mike were very helpful and when I contacted them again to confirm that my order was on it's way, they again didn't have stock. However they very kindly offered me an alternative and arranged to deliver. Thank you for your excellent service.

Extremely helpfull. Needed a washing machine and Baileys went the extra mile to get us one ASAP and delivered on time as promised. Will definately recommend and use them again

My washing machine broke and I called a local repair man Mark Sergeant who recommended that I contact these guys to get a new machine.

My partner called them up and within 1 hour we had a new machine fitted and installed by a super professional and efficient pair of chaps.

This was on the 23rd of December when most people are starting to wind down.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff who will go the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Their main products are competitively priced, often undercutting online prices. We are purchasing a double oven from them which is cheaper than anywhere online for the identical product.
However, their accessories tend to be very expensive, so avoid buying stands/brackets etc.

fantastic local service, rang at 9.15 am on a Monday morning for a new tumble dryer and had it installed by 10.45 . Keen price and professional approach to customers .
