Prolificx

I recently ordered a few home goods from Prolificx and could not be happier with the outcome. I received my items rather quickly, with no complications. Will definitely be using them more in the future.

I ordered online and there was no expected delivery date on the email, nor was there on the website when I placed the order. I paid for Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. It took 2 chase up emails and 6 days before they responded to my email. I then asked for a refund as I had bought the product elsewhere, they ignored my subsequent emails and never issued the refund. I have opened a dispute with my bank.
As if this wasn't enough to make people doubt ordering from these clowns, the 5 star Google review from Olakusibe Obayan is actually a review placed by the Director of the company so completely false! The irony is he claims they have 'A great customer service and on time delivery' couldn't be much further from the truth! For the avoidance of doubt here is a link proving that Mr Obayan is the Director and the reviewer just co a company search on ProlificX Group Limited.

Edit: They ignored all of my email until I placed this review. Once this review appeared they responded to my review and apologised, claiming they had issued my refund and would I delete my review. I agreed to delete my review once I had received my refund which they said they had processed. I have not received my refund and they have now ignored 4 emails from me.

PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING

Prior to my review there was one review of this company, for 5 stars, placed by the Director. Since my review there have been 6 5 star reviews, majority of them appeared today in the hours after an email I sent. They even had the audacity to use my name as one of the reviews which I find astounding.

This company is obviously operated as a criminal organisation.

I have now contacted my bank who are in the process of refunding my money and I have also reported them to trading standards.

Please be aware people. They sell high priced items, please don't let them steal your money like they have tried to do with mine.

Unfortunately for them, I will never let this matter go.

Recently placed an order and can I just say it was undoubtedly worth it. Customer service was excellent and the products are worth it. Will definitely be ordering from here again!
