What can be said about Andrew and his team. A fantastic family run business with exceptional customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Andrew. I use for all my white/household goods including carpets and flooring. But check out the gardening and cycling equipment also, servicing can also be arranged. Give them a go.

Called JANES Monday lunchtime to request an engineer to take a look at our Washing Machine, Engineers arrived roughly an hour later and advised the appliance was not worth the repair costs. Looked on JANES website for a new washing machine spoke with Marcus a couple of times and found one that my wife and I liked the looked of and ordered. 30 minutes later a call from Andrew to advise the machine would be with me by 12pm the next day. At 9:15 I saw the JANES van pull up and the machine was installed within the hour. I cannot recommend JANES enough, From Marcus's advice, Andrews prompt confirmation and the install team for a quick turnaround, all in all very professional and respectful of our requirements. Will definitely call on JANES again for my future appliance needs. Once again thank you to the JANES team.

They had stock of an item that was out of stock in all of the other Euronics stores I'd tried.
They were very helpful and reserved the item while I went to collect it and were friendly when I picked it up.
I had an issue with one of the buttons on the remote control and after reporting it to them, they arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement.
I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Had a great experience using Janes, went in store to discuss what we wanted and Louise couldn't have been more helpful in suggesting a product that was suitable for us, with no pressure and no rush. We told her the dates we needed to work around due to renovations and she called us back on the day we finished to get us all booked in - the kind of attention you wouldn't get from a larger firm. The fitting was incredibly quick, a high quality finish and overall a very easy experience. Would highly recommend Janes as an absolute pleasure to do business with, would not hesitate to use again. We moved to the village 8 years ago, and I have no idea why it’s taken me this long to leave a review.... sorry guys!

My very first meeting with Janes was when we first moved in, and I needed something printing, and some haberdashery bits. Turns out they did neither. But they still printed something for me because they’re nice like that, and they pointed me towards a haberdashery.

Since then, we’ve bought 2 freezers, some flooring, bicycle helmets, all sorts of bike parts, and they serviced a bike after our daughter was hit by a car, and rebuilt an ancient Dutch bike after I thought it would be a good idea to take it apart and have it painted.

These guys are amazing, and you shouldn’t think twice about spending your money with them. You just can’t fault good people. So grateful to have met them.

Incredible service from Andrew and the team at Janes. We had an issue with an item we purchased back in November they organised for a same day exchange, you can not ask for better than that.
