21st Century Service

This month I recently decided to buy a new Panasonic tv but instead of using a chain, I'd try somewhere smaller and more local.
The service and advice was tremendous. Customer care is not dead.... Oh yes and don't think the prices were high, they were as good as the best on the internet.
Keep this little independent shop thriving. Will be back for more soon.

Marc is amongst the most knowlegeable and helpful people you will ever come across. I was fortunate enough to be put on to him and 21st Century 7 years ago by a friend, who themselves had used Marc for many years. I have bought a couple of TVs and several SONOS speakers plus various odds and ends. The service is always excellent, as is the advice, and the prices are always competitive. Why go anywhere else if you live in the Banstead area?

Marc is the most helpful person I have come across! Nothing is too much trouble and he will drop everything to give advice! Prices are excellent for both products and service. No wonder everyone in the area goes to him!

Can't rate this company highly enough. Have been buying from them since they were recommended many years ago by a friend. Has supplied TV's for home and work and always comes up with exactly the right item for the job. If there are ever any issues Mark will come out or talk you through how to fix things on the phone. Marc very kindly sorted his local ambulance station out with a TV following the death of our 34 year old box. He is a legend and a high recommendation for all your viewing needs.
