I cannot recommend john Kerry highly enough my cooker blew up the 18th of December went in the shop the next morning to buy a new one great customer service was delivered the next day but the door fell off not their fault manufacturer problem they went to get me another one all done within the hour, great service from start to finish highly recommend

I have bought all my kitchen appliances from Fridge Freezers and Cookers from them, using their full range of services from buying to delivery and install. They have always delivered and installed with great care.

There after service is excellent I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Good, friendly advice, prompt delivery and efficient installation. Went in thinking we knew what washing machine we wanted, but after some good advice and a good deal, bought a different machine which we are very happy with. Would recommend these guys and will visit again when we need more electrical items.

Can't recommend highly enough. Called Adam and explained I was interested in the 3x integrated washing machines available on the website; he actually recommended the mid-price option to best suit my needs and arranged all drop-off, installation and pick-up for a week later. Prices were all matched across the internet from which I could see - brilliant service!
