Called on short notice about repairing my lawn mower cable which was cut by me like an idiot. The gentleman at the counter was very understanding and courteous. Received it the next working day and was really happy with the quality of service provided at very affordable price. Would highly recommend

Needed some new brushes for my washing machine motor. These guys supplied and fitted them for a few quid. They did the job within the hour.

You would NEVER have got this level of service from any national in the country. We all need to support independent stores whenever we can. If you don't purchase your white goods from people like this, they won't be around in the future to service them.

Needed a new oven and delighted with advice received. The old oven was disconnected and taken away, new one fitted and I can't praise enough the fantastic service this shop gives. Can’t speak more highly of Peter Watts. Specialists who know appliances inside out (literally) and who are totally customer focused. Very pleased. Do yourself a favour and come straight here and not the High Street chains, cause the latter don’t know their onions and are a nightmare with missed deliveries etc

A Superb shop. Our oven went wrong so visited the shop at 9.00am on Saturday, and by 12 noon on the same day Jay had come out and fitted a new element. He wanted us to have our oven available for using over this bank holiday weekend. Hugely impressive service at very reasonable price. Very friendly customer service.
