Great service from opulence from start to finish. Great showroom to view ideas, a free home visit to discuss potential with honest feedback. Builders were good and everything happened when it should have. Thanks so much. We are really pleased with our new fireplace. Only minor downside was final finish of plaster, which could have blended in more seamlessly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely FirstClass service from our initial visit to the showroom through to final instillation. The two fitters were absolutely amazing especially as removing our old stove threw up some unexpected challenges - totally professional and so willing to take the time to make sure everything was correct. We received great customer service from start to finish (far exceeding the service received from the 4 other local companies we contacted). We were offered plenty of advice, no 'pushy' sales spiel, and settled on the right stove for us. Installation was booked, then brought forward due to a last-minute availability change. Some re-working was needed once work had started and the team helped us through this. During the work, the team were polite and tidy, and we're really pleased with the finished article. Would definitely recommend speaking to Opulence!

This was one of the hardest journeys I’ve done. We chose a beautiful fireplace, booked in, and got very excited. 2 weeks before install they couldn’t get our fireplace through no fault of their own. Chose another one as well as new building requirements. Husband walked out a week before install. I dreaded it. The team arrived with so much enthusiasm I just didn’t have it in me. I hid for 2 days while they done it, they were so kind and considerate to my circumstances. Fireplace now in. I’ve had lessons on building the fire, I even had some beautiful flowers from Jess and the team. Whilst it’s just not the dream we imagined, I’m certain I will learn to love it. The team are remarkable, knowledgeable and will never take your money for the sake of it. One of the best companies I know who has a moral compass. Thank you x

When lighting new stove for first time, I rang Bury shop for some advice. Spoke to Jess, who talked me through all procedures of 3 kindle lights, before full lighting. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Sent a video as well. I did everything as instructed and now have my new stove burning well, giving off a lot of heat; now needed as weather has turned into autumn from summer! Opulence Stoves are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend them
