The Vape Ape

From the first time I went here to the various times I've visited since, the staff have been amazingly helpful.
As a newbie to vaping, they have been informative, friendly and very thorough in all the advice they have given me. No question has been too silly. Mandy and Louise are really knowledgeable and lovely with it too.
Excellent choice of products there aswell.
If anybody is looking where to go then I would recommend the Vape Ape 1000 times over.

Having smoked cigarettes for over 20 years I decided to make an effort to finally kick the habit. Knowing how difficult it is from failed past attempts I did some research on vaping as a healthier alternative with the view it may be easier to totally quit in the future.
I visited Vape Ape with my other half a few weeks ago to get set up with a vape. Mandy and the team are brilliant, friendly, helpful and extremely informative whilst being very reasonably priced.
At no point did I feel confused or under pressure to spend any money. As a result I am typing a genuine review with massive thanks for helping me quit smoking cigarettes.
I really cannot recommend Vape Ape enough and have already introduced some friends to the shop who agree with my opinion.

I’ve recently moved over to cannock and stumbled on The Vape Ape. I’ve been to many vape shops but the staff in The Vape Ape are so helpful and informative. If your looking to quit smoking or if your like me and was battling between a vape and cigarettes go to this shop. Would recommend to all.

Well what can i say this shop and the wonderful people who own it are amazing!! I've been using the shop for a long time now and I'm always greeted with smiles and have such a good laugh with all who work there" the knowledge they have is second to none and the products are first class i can't recommend The Vape Ape enough to everyone i know who is thinking about giving up smoking, by far the best shop around!!
May i add" the comments about the lady whom people say is rude absolutely ridiculous I've never met a more friendly and professional person ever she is absolutely lovely!!!

The owner lady has no costomer service skills and she is quite rude, very quick to blame the customer instead of listening and understanding. If I could give no star I would. But the young lady that works there I would say is polite and helpful

Very rude lady that works there knows nothing about vaping, told me they only service quality products, I only went there cause my car was broke and I couldn't get to To my normal shop with quality liquids at affordable prices, I spent 31 pound on 150mls of juice two which were in the bargin bin (times are hard) I normally get 360ml of quality juice for 35 pound but like I said I couldn't get to my normal shop. The two from the bargin bin were 8 each with no nic shots. She never try them and told me they were unwanted samples. I took them back the next day which I've never had to do before (after vaping for 7 plus years) I explained that these were unvapeable and the worse thing I've ever tasted, one tasted like pure gas and the other perfume which burnt out two coils that normally last weeks at a time. She started to argue with me. I did in the end get my money back but I will never ever go there again, worse overpriced vape shop I've ever been to.

Was helped by a very pleasant lady who helped me buy my first vap one that was fit for my needs
