Friendly helpful staff. Good selection of exotics and supplies to browse.

Lots of choice of rats for my sons snake. Pets look happy and well cared for. Wide choice of all sorts of supplies, not just exotics.

Well stocked and great friendly staff. Our definite go to for all our reptile and spider needs. They have sourced some of our spiders for us and would recommend them a million percent.

This place is great! Was in Ottery for another reason and popped in on the off chance they would have something for our reptiles and was very impressed.

They have animals and accessories for most common pets and a few not so common.

Ended up buying a Giant African Land Snail and found a new viv for our Crestie too (for a future visit)

Large selection of tropical and cold water fish too that look very healthy.

The guy that serves us couldn't have been more friendly and was very helpful with our questions.

Will absolutely be returning and encourage other to visit.

Nice local pet shop. A lot of choice for fish, but did not have the fish tank light bulb I needed, also seemed a little expensive

All staff seemed to be to busy at the time we were in the store. Nice selection of animals, will possibly come back if passing.

Was really impressed with the shop. Beautifully set up, everything is immaculate. Amazing selection and variety of pets with all necessary equipment to house, feed and entertain them. Owner is really lovely, knowledgeable and very helpful.
