Oriel Mon (Anglesey Museum) is located in my town of current living, Llangefni, Central Anglesey. :) The Museum is a very high quality attraction indeed with 3-4 Galleries, and a lovely Museum Shop and Cafe! :) I often walk up-to the Museum from my Llangefni home to, 'take a peek' at the exhibits covering Anglesey Life etc. :)

I also often meet visiting family and friends, from my home town of Stoke-on-Trent etc at the Museum (due to it's central location etc) for a lovely cup of tea / coffee and occasional, lovely, authentic, 'Welsh Rarebit' meal! :) Indeed, enjoy this FREE TO ENTER attraction in lovely countryside surroundings today! :) I happen to think it's just great! :)

Unfortunately, the extremely popular cafe is closed whilst a new owner being sought, however, a lovely small shop selling many individual hand made items. The art gallery and pottery area, well worth a look. Plenty of parking

Free entry. Permanent exhibitions on anglesey history with plenty of activities for kids. Changing exhibitions; sadly no cafe at the moment but hot drinks from the machine and a wonderful gift shop.

An amazing display of original arts from local artists. Big fusplay areas and the museum with artefacts and Welsh history was absorbing. It is also free. Well done. A good way to spend an hour or two.

Am interesting gallery and museum well worth a visit but the cafe now only does machine drinks and prepacked tray bake not even a sandwich. Food used to be good. I will go back as displays are excellent and the shop has some interesting local craft.

Lovely gallery, really good aetworks. The shop has some nice keepsakes. The cafe wasn't fully open, just a coffee machine that you self serve at, but made nice coffee, so happy with that

Great little venue, lots artworks on display and for sale. Great exhibition of Anglesey life in years gone by, including Roman occupation. Good sized cafe for refreshments and plenty on offer in the souvenir shop. Good parking.
