Avoid. Charged us for express delivery (£10+) then sent missing components by 2nd class post so express delivery was a waste. When goods arrived they were faulty and did not respond to any emails for assistance, refund or replacement. Shop elsewehere.

WE PURCHASED GLASS FLOATING SHELF BRACKETS THESE ARRIVED BENT, DAMAGED AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. WE DULY EMAILED PICTURE HANGING DIRECT AND RETURNED THE GOODS, THEY HAVE IGNORED US AND FAILED TO REFUND US FOR THE GOODS.

I bought two wooden easels from this company. They arrived in an old box covered in cling film and bubble wrap. When opened it turns out that the easels are not easels at all - they do have no adjustment, cannot be closed. I bought 2 of the same - turns out they are a different colour and different sizes. They are angled at significantly different angles, the build is so poor they wobble and the pictures do not line up in the easel.

I have written to them with photos and explanation asking for a refund.

Once they made me jump through a few hoops, including having to buy my own packaging to return as theirs was rubbish, I did get my money back. They were quite quick at doing that, and acknowledge that the product was faulty. So, I will give them 2 stars for dealing well with the complaint.

The Big issue with this Company is the cost of posting for small items. Charged £9 for delivery for a couple of hooks that wasn't even next day delivery. They could have been posted for 90p via Royal Mail. May work for larger items but for smaller items it ridiculous

Didn't receive all the parts of my order, repeated messaged, emailed and called them, they kept on saying they have sent it out again. Don't waste your money.
