I purchased the George Aries Esq. Rug for a Client and it really added to the design. I love the richness of the colour, the shape and the low pile which was perfect for a space that had quite a bit of foot flow

I ordered wallpaper and fabric from Mineheart, my order was acknowledged immediately and I was kept informed every step of the way from dispatch to delivery. The fabric was better quality than I thought it would be and the wallpaper was thick and easy to use, both items are a true colour to those on the website. The quality of the customer service of this company is excellent and makes a refreshing change from the normal battles that I have recently experienced, especially with larger companies.

I first saw this company on face book and was intrigued by some of their products.
I browsed the site and realised that they produced something a little bit different and not the normal generic stuff which can be found in abundance , in many shops and web sites.
I ordered several rolls of ‘Dark Driftwood Damask ‘ wallpaper. It arrived in good time and is absolutely beautiful! The quality is brilliant ......
If you want something a little different, then I would highly recommend this company.
The staff were friendly and helpful; can’t fault them .
Will definitely purchase again........

I ordered a cushion I had given it some thought it was quite expensive but different however when it arrived I was so disappointed that it had a hollow fibre filling and not feather. I called the company to explain thinking I was going to have a problem I couldn’t have been more wrong ... the gentleman I spoke to was utterly charming and understood and within a couple of days he sent me a feather filler free of charge!
And for that sir you have a very loyal customer as I simply love your stuff

I adore everything about Mineheart. I already have 7 very quirky pictures which bring me joy dotted around my London flat. Getting more as Christmas presents. This is a virtual treasure trove of curiosities and I love it. Keep producing your amazing stuff and keep your minds full of wonder.

Placed my order #7852 more than month ago. It was never shipped. The customer support keeps telling lies about the shipment. They even sent me a fedex link which is frozen in "label created. pending shipment" state. It seems they have no clue when the wallpaper will be manufactured. Disaster.

I have made many purchases from Mineheart and have loved them all. My latest, a rug for my bedroom, is superb. i'm definitely a Mineheart fan!

My experience with my first purchase has been excellent(even though I was unable to use product) let me explain . . .I ordered the panelling wallpaper in ‘cream’ for my hall, but when it arrived it was more ‘beige’ than ‘cream’ it was perfect in every other way quality wise it was a truly luxury wall coving beautifully produced and if I had not already committed myself to ‘cream’ I would have kept it. However I was very pleasantly surprised with the response I got after I gave a review online-I was swiftly contacted by email and can now add that the customer services at Mineheart are excellent and I shall definitely order from here again.
