I took my oil paintings to be framed and they framed them under glass, which ruined them and pressed the paint against the glass leaving it irreparable. Did not offer a refund or apology.

You do NOT frame oil paintings under glass.

Wish I could leave a lower review. While they have a lot of products the shop is cramped and leaves little room for movement. However the service provided is shockingly bad. Walked in and said hello which was returned with a dirty look and no verbal response. After repeatedly making an attempt to talk to the woman in the shop me and my mother finally gave up due to how rude she was as well as the one customer in there who was clearly a friend/regular customer. The customer also purposely walked into me and my mother 3 times because we were looking where she wanted to. 10/10 will not return.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Also lied about what products they stocked. Won’t be visiting again.

called in this morning (6th october, 21) to get some wool. Fabulous shop packed with all sorts of craft supplies, very reasonably priced and a lovely helpful lady running it. my only regret is that i live in newcastle under lyme so was only visiting lichfield for the day, otherwise i'd be in there all the time. Well worth making time for a visit.
