Amazing...Easy to find...parking and huge range of stuff aswel as a coffee machine n lovely staff

Disappointing! I've used Graff several times and been pleased with the service. They seem to have a don't care attitude nowadays. Order not received after 8 days.. Contact Graff to ask why. They say problem with Royal mail ,we'll cancel and re-ship so you have delivery tomorrow. Nothing was shipped. Then I'm told it should be arrriving that day. It didn't. Next I'm told we're out of stock. I wasn't updated by email at any time until they told me they were out of stock. Nice one. Thanks for lying to me. I did get the refund quickly though. Doesn't alter the fact my work has suffered and the experience has cost me time and money. Looking at the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one having customer service problems. Shame as I liked this company and recommended them to other leatherworkers....Looks like I'll have to take my business elsewhere and apologise to the people who I directed here.

Cora was very helpful, abit of miss commuincation on stock of chrome cans i wanted but i opted to try a different brand, cora was helpful and willing to emend my order if i wanted.. and then later added some extras i forgot without any issue, thanks!

Excellent company which Iv used a few times .
I placed an order but the delivery company didn’t drop it to the right location , got in touch with GC and they sent out a replacent immediately . Thank you so much

Great paints but they use Evri (Hermes) delivery services which is horrific. Please stop using Evri, they are horrific. My parcel is 2 days late already. Had to review…..

I ordered a spray paint can but they didn’t put any cushioning materials in the box so the spray was dented and lid was broken when arrived.

expected my order to take a few days to arrive, in my shock it was here the next morning, absolutely amazing

Ordered some cans of primer and some pens in the Sale. Great prices, items arrived promptly with reasonable postage costs. Asked for varied colours on the random pens and staff obliged. Product quality is excellent, great service. Highly recommended and will use again.
