Good staff, looks clean smells nice

Fabulous home with some superb plans to become even better! Staff are amazing too - nothing is too much trouble.

Most horrible place to work for, the staff are treated poorly, the manager is a bully, the home is run off agency, there is no support whatsoever from management, they make you feel on edge all the time, everyone sides with each other, too much favouritism by the manager, if you have complaints she will believe the person who made the complaint and not the victim, manager is a narcissist, don’t apply!

Just brilliant, been looking after my uncle for a while now and he is very happy to be in Bank hall. He gets all the care he needs, he gets to socialise and any issues with his health are dealt with promptly. Staff are fantastic and very very kind, they are also totally on the ball with regards to Covid. If you are looking for a great place to care for a family member or friend, then look no further. Are there cheaper places out there, yes, will they provide the same level of care, habilitation and socialising, certainly not. When it comes to care you need to make sure your loved one is in a place they can still actually live in, regardless of age, health or ability. A lot of homes have failed recently in protecting patrons and staff, Bank Hall has stood tall throughout the last few years. Staff make a care home what it is and I can not imagine my uncle being anywhere else. I dont think I would be able to sleep at night if he was elsewhere. The home and its grounds are absolutely lovely. All care homes should be like Bank Hall.

Needs improving it is lacking leadership there is no support at all
The home has radically changed and it is no longer the same. Staffing has now become an issue and they only last for a short period of time
