SYNETIQ Bury St. Edmunds

I have bought 5 cars for fraction of price and brought them back to life as a part of my hobby. Staff is very helpful even its very busy site but they alway make time if you want to see car which you intent to buy. Handling of cars from racks are very skilled and they make sure that there would be no more damage. If you need help to start car it's available too. I have been struggling with Writing on windscreen as it's hard to remove but on site they do it for you or yourself with special tool!

Rude Staff, Won a car paid for it sent a recovery agent 150 miles next day to collect it to be told the car had been sold to some 1 else, Asked what will happen about and got told by the manager of the branch that it was not his problem and take it up with head office, then asked about recovery charges and again got told to speak to head office not our problem, Spoke to head office again very rude, explained the situation which she wasn't really listening to and got told to send a email over and we will pay you back by the end of next week!! We have to pay within 72 hours and i have to wait 14 days for a refund!! Worse than Copart will not be using them again!!

IVE BROUGHT LOTS OF CARS OVER THE COUNTRY MOSTLY SYNETIQ OVER MANY YEARS.
So bury Saint Edmunds are the worst!!
⭐️ Absolutely shocking attitude of the staff.
⭐️ Un Copious amounts of hidden damage .
⭐️ Very poor photos .
⭐️ Damaging cars whilst unloading them in and out of the site.

I complained about The condition of the car not being as described on the website.
I was told it's not their problem and the accept no responsibility.
I would even go as far to say I've never had a car this badly described ever.
I will most certainly be leaving my review on trust pilot.

Anybody looking to buy cars avoid these guys.
This branch needs to be closed down with immediate effect .

Until they get rid of the policy "we don't care" I will not adjust my rating. Most of the auction sales are online, however they are not showing the damage, they are whitholding intentionally information about the cars. If a car has damage on the roof you will find about that when you receive the car. As well I had 2 cars delivered with damages done after auctions. The system is designed to be used as an online system, however whenever I complained about damages not presented in the description they say they recommend to personally inspect the cars. I have tried to invest into a business buying and selling from auctions, invested 50k into it and every time there were hidden damages (not a scratch, but massive damages definitely worth mentioning) I am reluctant in keep using it, I am dissatisfied with it. For the amount of money we pay for an auction fee (sometimes over 500£ + vat) you get a 2min service pictures done small lens bad quality not showing damages. Very poor, like a cheap phone pictures. 1 🌟 .

I’ve been through out the country to other synetiq auction to pick cars up for costumers and my self but I’ve never had arrogant workers then what I seen at this synetiq - bury st edmunds very rude unprofessional dirty clothes smoking in the cars Damaging cars while unloading in and out the site. The list can go on. I would never recommend this site to anyone please avoid and save your self.

People here have never heard about"costumer experience". Avoid this branch at any cost
