Richer Sounds, Cheltenham

I spoke to and emailed Jason and Luke who both helped me with an issue on my TV, still under warranty. I have so say to how nice it was to get someone's name and not get passed around, to get sensible advice and support until the matter is resolved and for a phone number to actually go to the local store not a telesales centre. Not rocket science but it is now a rare thing, I appreciate it. Thanks guys.

Bought 4 tvs for family use over the past 15 years, all are still running. Only tv shop I'd ever use . Warranty brilliant, staff great.

didnt have what i wanted in stock or available for demo. While the response was welcomed, its too late. i have purchased what i wanted from a competitor, but thanks for trying.

Much better service than you get from your average electronic retailer but not perfect. I had a couple of questions about a Sonos sound bar and the answers I was given were incorrect - neither of them were showstoppers luckily but I must admit I expected all the guys to really know their stuff. So 4 out of 5 from me.

Great service from Richer Sounds. I don't visit very often, but they're always my first choice for whenever I replace or upgrade my home AV equipment.

They always match (and usually beat) online prices, and you have the reassurance of long guarantees and a store you can visit if you have any issues.
