Ordered a Adastra H25 from Astounded. It was out of stock at the time but they got in touch to tell me this and asked if I would be happy to place the order and receive it as soon as they had a delivery. Also there was an additional £10 charge for delivery outside mainland UK that needed to be paid. However I was in no rush and it was still the best price I could find for the item so I was still a very happy customer. The service was extremely helpful and friendly - highly recommended!

Excellent service and product knowledge provided by Denis and Daniel at Astounded Music. Ordered a pair of competitively priced "Studiomaster GX12's" PA speakers on Friday - arrived less than 12 hours later. It doesn't get much better than that !

Brilliant company! Professional, communicative, reasonable and caring.
They kindly were willing to send a new Busker PA in time for a booking I had, even if they hadn't received my damaged one back in time.
I am so appreciative and impressed with how stress free and easy they made the whole procedure.

Contacted Astounded for advice on some new pa speakers. They took the time to listen to my needs and gave a great recommendation within my budget.
They then honoured a price match for the speakers when I managed to find them cheaper.
Unfortunately when the speakers arrived they were wrong due to a manufacturer error on the packaging. They were able to to contact the factory and arranged to send out replacements within the next 48 hours.
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Special thanks to Chris who was very helpful.

Best customer services I have ever experienced. I needed to return an amp as I was having issues with it. Customer service agent Amber was so helpful and polite. The replacement amp was with me the next day.. There were no problems with the swap at all.

Having to go to my bank to see if I can get a refund as I brought a £249 PA via e-bay from this company and had to return it. Astounded Electronics has not returned my money or e-mails. Have made a report to E-Bay, next step will be to take out a small claims case against them.
12 April got an E-Bay message saying saying seller has refunded will wait 3-5 days to see if refund comes through. My bank is looking into my dispute as well so we will wait and see.

Got in touch with Chris at Astounded,told him what was required for church hall pa system ie.size of hall,
Had to be white speakers,not a problem ,left it with Chris couple of days later all delivered well packaged including all cabling needed for the job, amp,four speakers, mixer,wireless mic,brackets for speakers,flight case.
Couldn't ask for a more professional approach,
