I decided to upgrade a very dated ‘all in home’ home cinema system and was baffled by the overwhelming choices online. I telephoned the Sevenoaks store and received friendly, professional, unbiased advice. Gavin the Assistant Manager helped me answer my questions about home cinema systems, speakers and cabling and I felt confident in the choice of equipment I decided to purchase. Delivery was fast, safe and packaged to perfection – all equipment arrived in pristine condition. The only fault to do with two speaker cable plugs were corrected by an immediate same day dispatch of replacement plugs. Outstanding customer service and highly recommended.

Helpful and friendly but struggle to compete on price. The TV I wanted was £2100 here but I managed to buy it direct from the manufacturer for £1750 - with the same 5yr manufacturer's guarantee. I can tolerate a bit more expensive to support the high street, but not £350 on a single item.
