Great knowledgeable staff happy to talk through various options depending on budget. Happy to provide a quote and no pressure to buy. Ended up spending more than I planned to originally off the back of further research which was then discussed with the team.
Items were delivered next day! (This was a chargeable option which I didn't opt for and wemt with the free up to 5 day delivery)
Will be using again in the near future without a doubt.

Picked up a Marantz PM7000n whilst on a holiday in Norfolk. The item was a clearance product, staff told me it was returned that morning as the customer needed more inputs, was told it was as good as new and there was nothing wrong with it. As the price was good I bought it there and then. Got it home today and there is a malfunctioning power circuit. Will now have to return to my local store for a refund/replacement. I can't help thinking that this was the reason the previous customer had returned the item and the staff failed to test the unit before placing back on the shelf. Disappointing

Really helpful staff and great prices. They have a specialised listening room to try out various equipment before you buy!

Bought a new LG TV and Soundbar from Richer Sounds Norwich. Service was fantastic from Tony who looked after us. Tony was really friendly, helpful, knowledgable and gave impartial advice. Not to mention offering a great price on the package I bought.

My elderly mother needed to update her TV, however none of the family lived close enough to assist in the installation. I contacted RS Norwich and dealt with Matt. From the moment we started discussing which TV would be best and how he could undertake the install personally I knew I was (and my mum was...) in good and safe hand. Quite a few fibs told by the manager here about TV technologies, in order for him to make a sale and get some commission. Be aware!

Went into the store a few weeks ago in order to get help with a TV to sound bar problem. The guys could not have been more helpful and diagnosed the problem correctly and I now have a properly functioning tv and sound bar. Hank you
