Visited to review wireless headphones and was helped by the friendly staff, John in particular. They allowed me more time than I expected to try out the competitors in this market and assisted me in making an informed decision. Very helpful indeed.

About time I shared my feedback on how delighted I have been with the exceptional sales and service support experienced working with Mike, Nathan, Mark and ever-smiling John throughout my extended purchase journey at SS&V Tunbridge Wells.

Exceptional team + with fantastic product knowledge + is immensely patient + exceptionally helpful ++ truly honest.

No matter how I word this feedback I would never be able to match the unparalleled help and consistent support that Mike provided me right from start in building a meaningful customer relationship that has only grown stronger since and will continue so on.

I went to Sevenoaks Sound And Vision based on a few recommendations from friends and family and i must say they were outstanding from start to finish.

I went for a surround system with their fitter for a hassle free install. I am extremely happy with the final result and can honestly say it is evident SS&V know their field. They were thorough and couldn't do enough to help, understanding my requirements and selling me items suitable making sure I did not have something excessive and all elements of the system are on an even basis that work well together.

I know from my dealings with them I will be a long standing customer of SS&V and could always ask them for product advice in the future.

John and the team always listen to requirements and offer guidance whilst gently steering if they feel you are trying to over purchase beyond your needs.

Clearly prefer repeat customers rather than one off sale with no prospect of customer coming back because their needs weren't met.

I wanted to buy a sound bar, which turned out to be out of stock. I decided to call the store and had the pleasure to deal with John. He told me they had stuff on order, but was not sure when it will be delivered. I decided to go ahead anyway, as John was very informative and helpful. The sound bar got delivered straight to my home soon after.
I then had to contact the store again, by email this time. John replied, on the same day, on Saturday, and we got the matter sorted! I am glad I ordered my sound bar from this particular store! Thanks again!

Great team & extensive range of products. The team in particular are very affable, willing to understand my listening requirements and then suggest a product to suit my needs. Arranging a demo at Tunbridge Wells was no hassle and as a rookie to the audio world, I felt at ease with parting with my cash. I'll be a return customer for years to come.

I recently purchased a 65" oled from Sevenoaks Hifi via the online side of the business. When it was delivered the box looked okay but after further investigation it looked like it had been stored around some moisture. I hung it on the wall and peeled off the protective film and found to my dismay a screen irregularity. I immediately phoned John and Mike instore. Who understood my concerns and instantly arranged for a replacement, which arrived at my house about 3 hrs later. Delivered personally by John. The customer service that i have always received and enjoyed in the past restored my faith in Sevenoaks Hifi once again. Over the years i have purchased numerous TV's, Hifi equipment etc and never had any issues instore at Tunbridge Wells. Mike and John listen to the customer and then deliver excellent service. This is why i purchase only from these guys. Anyway second set arrives and gets hung on the wall.....Thank you John for your assistance. A few hours later i hear a noise which turns out to be coil whine. Again i phone Tunbridge Wells, hoping that they don't think that i'm a crazy customer. To my relief Mike says that he totally understands and he will call me back. Because Mike like John is a man of his word he phoned me back and explained that he would be sending a third display and apologised for my distress. The third display turned up with my old friend John and he helped me hang it on the wall. I asked if he'd hold on for a few moments while checked everything was operational. While i went through my checks, Mike and myself were just chatting. What a lovely and knowledgable chap, an absolute credit to the business. I have a suggestion for the higher ups, maybe with their supreme customer service and getting the job done professionally. Maybe it would be a good idea and lose the online side altogether or have it controlled by the amazing staff at Tunbridge Wells. Thank all very much for my lovely new purchase. There will be many more in the future. Old school customer service.....simple as that.

We visited this shop for advise on sound bars. We were both very impressed with Mike who he went out his way to help as much as he could. Mike is definitely an asset to SSAV.
