Richer Sounds, Tunbridge Wells

I am moving and wanted an easier set up I subscribed to Amazon music and having got rid of the Surround sound Read that you could get a sound bar with Alexa built in thought this would be ideal for me ,went to my local shop usually brilliant but they did not have anything so went to my local Currys they said it wasn't possible to have a sound bar with Alexa,about to give up but the internet was saying different so I finally got into touch with Richter sounds first number very helpful lady in Brighton who said it was of course possible then contacted my most local one in Tunbridge Wells they straight away suggested the one I had seen on the internet he had a demo one so we went to look at it bought it and also one for our friends arrived within 24hrs dead easy to set up and sat listening to it now the quality is brilliant the advice top class thank you Simon Tunbridge wells and also my first contact the deputy manageress at Brighton top class service all round

Good product knowledge, bit messy with the delivery stuff, and still not sure about a particular thing but I'll see how that goes.

It pains me to write such a review on Richer Sounds as they have a good rep. I ordered an AV amp back in August and have heard nothing since from them. Called today to be told it won’t be coming in now and then advised to spend another 600 on a suitable alternative. They were friendly and apologetic but basically said nothing we can do to help

Very helpful and everything was well explained. Bought a new LG telly with stand. Very pleased. On the downside, I thought that the installation charge of £160 was way over priced. The guy who came was polite and helpful and did every thing in 45 mins. No complaints at all but £160 for 45 mins work is, in my humble opinion, fsr too pricey. Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
