Quoted a good price and made me aware of any extras that might be worth considering without trying to hard sell anything (we couldn't decide whether we wanted all TV points wired in or just the sitting room).

Installation technician was polite, helpful and did a tidy job. Explained everything fully from start to finish.

Several months later I had a problem with the aerial booster power supply and they dropped a replacement round the very same day.

I needed to hang my flat LCD TV on a wall, involving fitting a new mount and then making some ducts to hide the cables behind the wall (which I wanted to do so that it looked completely 'clear' with no cables in sight). I was so pleased to find Solarsat, a friendly family-run business that is also local to me and not part of some kind of huge syndicate. The experience of having them on site was brilliant. They quickly arrived at a really good plan for how to do it, and the results have transformed the room that was previously dominated by the floor standing unit I had my TV on. All of the electrical work was taken care of, and not a trace was left when they departed. A really honest, pleasant company to deal with and I am very happy to recommend them.

The Solarsat man was incredible! He came up with an elegant and clever solution when it was not as simple as we thought (it was an old TV), and really made such an effort to make it the best mounting possible, even down to the colour-matching and hiding away of the leads! Superb result! He provided the mount, all the bits. Worth every penny, so so professional and caring and competent!
