Richer Sounds, Watford

Had an issue with a pair of speakers I bought in Chiswick when I was working there, spoke with customer services over the phone and then went into the Watford store who were aware of my issues. They set up another pair of speaks for a demo straight of the street. They dealt with my issue 110%. They were professional and polite even though this was nothing to do with them or their fault. I would highly recommend them. This is how customer service should be, they now have a customer for life.

Excellent service throughout my purchase from the Watford branch. Had an issue with the delivery 🚚 but it was sorted without too much bother. Also thank you to the lovely lady (staff) who helped load my new TV 📺 into the car.

Phone was awnsered promptly by Lloyd and he was very polite and helpful.Nigel helped us in store with a speaker demo and was very patient, even letting us try our own speaker from home for comparison.
You can't go wrong with richer sounds in my experience.

I had a very positive experience in the store. I was helped by a member of staff at the branch called Heather. I have an interest in tech and I found heather to be extremely knowledgeable, which was quite refreshing and a totally different experience to shopping at say Currys PC World where typically the salesperson is clueless. After purchasing, the price of the items I had bought was reduced. I called the store and they were really helpful and refunded the difference. This store will be my first point of call for any future audio video purchase.

Great pre and after sales service! Had difficulties setting up a Sound Surround System a few years back, and with the recent purchase of a smart TV. Lloyd to the rescue! He explained and resolved all my issues in a cheerful and friendly way. Nothing was too much trouble! I highly recommend Richer Sounds and Lloyd in particular. My first Point of Call for advice and quality products.

Good honest consistent advice from the guys at RS Watford. Great prices. I keep being welcomed back despite not being the easiest customer. Top marks all round. Always go above and beyond.

Top quality staff who take the time to listen to what you need and build a package accordingly. Why would anyone ever use the likes of Currys ?
