I cant believe what im hearing about this place forcing buyers to buy dodgy, none running cars yet there AA team & drivers havent mentioned anything in a report or whilst driving them into auction. I find this sad & shocking this can happen.

A report has been sent into the authority they are governed by & until they fix this i would NOT buy from them.

Rubbish auction selling dodgy and faulty cars. Bought a car with coolant leaking and thermostat housing broken. A dishonest company willing to do anything to make some money and when it comes to making claim they always refuse.

It.should be big companies paying to fix cars not individuals buying a burden.

The fees are also very high wether you buy or sell

After hearing yesterday about a car being put in there & being the 3rd time this has happened to the same person i honestly hand on heart would tell anyone to avoid this business. Dodgy aa staff & dodgy drivers with managers / staff allowing the big boys to throw chopped up damaged cars into auctions & then forced to buy!

Avoid this place at all costs! Dodgy cars & they make you buy them under their “ Terms “ - no buyer support & your on your own. You are 100 x better buying privately or via another reputable company but NOT aston Barclays

Do not buy from this auction - all vehicles are sold as seen & there AA team dont put down on the sheet whats wrong - when you come to by the car it will be clean sheet but with lights all over the dash, oil lights & warnings. Management dont care &

Warning! Please take much care when opening an account with Aston Barclays. You think your signing up to a well named site that sells decent cars but my friend just got a independent report done on a car they “ made “ him buy which turns out to be a completely unroadworthy, a different engine, hand went through the sills! engine is knackered & the aa / drivers drove this through an auction like this! Be very very careful! The aa report means nothing & the aston drivers wont tell you or the auctioneer if theres any lights on or how its running! My friends £3000 out of pocket to a car that should be scraped!
