Very creative with the pictures and description in this particular auction. I don't buy from here often but last year bought 4 and 3 of them I parted out. 2 had head gasket failure 1 needed a DSG gearbox! Instant write off.

Don’t buy anything for this site unless your buying to scrap!! Found faults with vehicle but apparently not covered for claim! Charged storage charge for vehicle which was paid for within the time frame and collected on time!! The three stooges working on the reception including the manager in the white shirt have no clue in what they are doing! Should stay home and look after the kids and do the dishes!

Very awful way of business. Lair n misleading.
They are rude and pathetic. Don’t trust their reports at all coz they hide things on purpose and then saying sorry we can’t do anything. Will never buy from them,,,

Terrible! Paddock Wood branch, wasn't told "closes" at 1230, just slot between 1130-1230. Arrived 1233 and denied pick up! 3mins!! Middle of nowhere, terrible weather and jammed motorway, no consideration shown. No one travels 200+ miles to arrive late on purpose! Rude and unwelcoming staff. Their way of bagging more storage fees! Disgusting, never again!

The Volvo we were collecting had no fuel. Spoke to the BCA staff and were told we need to pay £35 for 5 litre of diesel. I asked for at least there should be fuel in the car to get us to the nearest fuel station but they said it’s BCA policy and they can’t do much about it. We pay 10s of thousands of pounds per year to BCA to be treated like this….

Great site, great care, things can go wrong sometimes but team is there to help. Just focus on creating honest n truthful condition reports, as found once Grade 2 car was poor painted all around so converted into grade 5 on reappraisal. Still waiting £400 contribution from manager as promised!
