If you are a small company/business/self employed (not vat registered) these people don't want your custom. Sad that small businesses are held back by practices like this....
The majority of "Scams, malpractice and fraud" are committed by companies that ARE vat registered. To say it ensures an accurate audit trail is a complete fallacy. It doesn't protect small companies as they are not able to purchase simply due to their size, also the public are not able to purchase from auction. Instead they end up having to buy the same vehicle from a "trader" at a vastly inflated price.

Absolutely much better value.

Good location that was easy to find and the facilities were very clean. Staff were very approachable and keen to help.
The car parking was ample,but it was a hive of activity when I visited,so be warned there may be lots of (massive!) trucks navigating through the car park.
Also has some impressive vehicles in the lobby =)

I gave 1 star caz minus 10 not an option. One gezzer what a plack should be sacked

Things ran so much better when office was closed and pass outs was over at security during covid

What a place to find....no signs, no office - good luck!
If you go here do t drive through the HGV training area, go a bit further on and turn left towards a new large silver building...has a gate in the fence...guys will be in a car with trade plates...that's the "office" - once you find it then the lads that work there are spot on ..but if its raining bring wellies 🙈

Delivered a vehicle to premises no issues what so ever. The staff were on the ball and made my visit quick and simple and a joy.
