Unfortunately my Ferrari was crashed into whilst parked by a truck. I contacted Ferrari and explained and they said the best people to contact was Bodytechnics. I was impressed with the high level of customer service. No request was to much. They went above and beyond what I would have expected. From the very friendly collection guy to Chloe at reception and Glen Carrier who was incredibly helpful and honest to help me get the best outcome. He was always impartial and did everything to help me. They where always quick to respond. I would highly recommend this Team.

Overall satisfied with the repair following damaged rear wheel. Car returned with TPMS warning light on due to apparent system malfunction. Proposed additional charge of £1k to replace 4 sensors is not acceptable after quote and replacement research suggested less than £200 should be adequate. The garage explained they were overloaded with cars at present which explains why i never received an update call or progress report. I had to do all the chasing. The team were helpful and friendly once you did have their attention though.

Really good experience with H.R.Owen recently. They had my car in for repair and kept me informed and updated every step of the way. Even with the supply chain delays getting parts and paint they were transparent and provided updates regularly. Special mention to Glen Carrier for the initial assessment and Naomi Kanat for the super aftercare! There was excellent attention to detail and flexibility in the planning. Highly recommended as a VW Approved Repairer. Thanks Team!

Body work and repair after collision. Very high standard all round ; shame the Tesla parts took so long to arrive! Especially good service from Stephen Wren and Natalia

Totally useless. It's been over 12 weeks since I first contacted them just trying to get an appointment booked - after several phonecalls and 8 emails chasing both reception and the manager I have given up. I had £1k ready for just a detail and they don't even have the decency to reply. it's one day's work guys, I wasn't asking you to rebuild the car - terrible communication.
They obviously don't need the business. Will just go to a competitor

I have used body techniques repairing the door on my Lamborghini. They were brilliant from start to finish. Updating me every week with the progress of my car. It was detailed, ceramic coated and had ppf too. Luke was looking after me and updating me with the car. The car came back after the exact time they told me it would be ready. They looked after the picking up and delivering of my car. From start to finish it was 5 star and upon delivery of my car it looks brand new. A big thank you to body techniques and Luke for everything they have done.

Final result was excellent but it was very frustrating that for a minor repair they had the car for two weeks and right up to the day before I collected it they wouldn't commit to when it would be ready for collection. It had to go back to Porsche for some calibration but they had it from Friday to Monday only. Communication and efficiency do not appear to be their strong points, but as I've said, the quality of the work couldn't have been better.

No doubt the work they do is good however their downfall is lack of communication. If you have given your vehicle for repairs or thinking too, just know you are the one who will have to be calling to get updates as they don’t bother to call you. They also delayed me 2 weeks extra to collect my car and kept going in circles telling me it’ll be ready on a certain day only to get told on the day it’s not ready! 3 stars because work is good but being delayed and no communication or updates is not acceptable.
