My name is Colin Jeffrey: This company are not worth working for if you come from the North East Area:

The bus driver on the north east bus is not trained to deal with people, he has no man / woman management skills. Of which I would think should be a Necessity in dealing with groups of people? .. He has on many occasions been reported to the HR within this company and for me they don't have a complaints procedure in place? Is that not illegal? .. I will stand in any court room in this country to say this man should not be employed? So why do they employ him: ASK Them

We used to use IT Fleet to deliver vehicles to our customers, now we do not. Why? In March we e-mailed asking for a written quote to deliver a BMW to Durham and to return to our address in the customer's part-exchange vehicle. They provided us with a quote in-writing by e-mail fr the sum of £300. We accepted and the job was subsequently carried out. One week later we received their invoice for the delivery and collection however it was DOUBLE (£600) the original quote received. So we did what every business would do in this scenario and bring this anomaly to their attention. Needless to say, the reaction and handling of our query has led to this less-than-flattering 1 Star review. No responsibility, no accountability, a simple text-book blanket response along the lines of 'Not interested' is what we received by way of an investigation their end. This was despite us providing a proper written complaint and necessary supporting documentation to prove the job was quoted at £300 and not £600. It transpired their member of staff failed to properly calculate the quote their end and failed to account for the return journey so hence it should have been £600 in total. But the fact is that their quote said there and back for £300 and that's what we accepted, sadly rather than putting their hands up, admitting the mistake with the original quotation and swallowing the difference, they have closed our account with immediate effect so we can't use them anymore and disturb what is in their minds a 'perfect and unquestionable' way of running a business.

I.T Fleet is a great place to work at. The recruitment team were always there if I needed any help and the trainers always gave me great guidance. Lovely place to work at!

Absolute Muppets. Let me sit in from 09.00 to 19.15 on the promise that a collection driver “was coming” only for the driver to call me direct and tell me “his tablet had run out of power and I didn’t see the job till just now”. The invoice for my wasted time on it’s way.

A bit worry when you don't plan how you get out from there expecially when it's raining.

not sure if someone had pointed it out but this was once an abandoned aircraft hangar where Energy held their Dance 89 acid house party at from the gracious "1989 Illegal Rave Acid House" videos uploaded by thekinolibrary on youtube. absolutely wild knowing its now an auto body shop; how the tables have goshdarn turned !

Not been there yet but am assuming a brilliant place to visit. Was just planning on visiting. Pics later.
