Great service, staff really helpful and friendly. Took my car there for insurance repair. Insurance company was woeful but S & F were so easy to deal with. Car repairs are excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I went to have a couple of small dent's fixed, on arrival I was asked if it was an insurance job or private, when I said private I was told they were far too busy to take the work on....so if they're too busy why ask ?

Went to the place, got funny looks as if I shouldn't be there from staff members outside, asked about a quote for a repair 35 minutes before closing, was laughed at and told "you won't get one now". Spoke to reception, totally not interested in my business, told that no private work for at least 3 months, only insurance work, if it was insurance work they would do it... asked if they could point me in the direction of another reputable company, told to "google it" as my car was too new , they must have had xray vision through concrete walls in the office and behind 5 other cars outside in the car park to tell that... No, my car was not new, 4 years old. AVOID!!!! Very rude and unhelpful .

Maybe rather than telling customers to "Google it" you could give the nice answer of "look up a bsi registered and approved repair shop" like you did in the google review response you responded with below (that I cannot now reply to). As you are in the industry, you will know the bsi part of it... Your customers will not. If they did, they wouldn't bother asking you in the first place.

I appreciate you were busy but it was the attitude of your staff whilst we were on site that was un - called for, not your lead times and commitment to contracts.

Fantastic service. Had my wing mirror and indicator knocked off by another driver and S and F quoted and booked me in quickly. They even phoned when parts arrived early and my car was fixed over a week sooner than it was initially going to be. Would highly recommend.

I've used S&F for body repairs for a number of years and can't recommend them enough. I was hit by a driver and I was made to go elsewhere for a repair that wasn't up to standard but I then demanded that my vehicle be looked at by S&F who were absolutely fantastic. The car came back to me looking like new. The customer service is exceptional and they always keep me informed of progress five star service.
