I bought a Skoda karoq 2018 off this company it was suppose to had a 120 point check. And as dealer approved cars. I trusted them be aware don’t trust them. I had two bald tyres which were mot failure two split wiper blades. The paint work had to be fully cut back and polished due to bad presentation when it handed over. And now after 4 weeks and less than 400 miles it has a noise from the engine. Which they say can be done under warranty. BUT WHY SELL THE CAR KNOWING IT HAD A PROBLEM. the service dpt are not helpfull I can’t keep running back and forth to Cardiff. And will not bend with collection/ delivery. So I would advise anyone to buy elsewhere I wish I had. Bad after service

Recently used this garage for an MOT and to investigate an ongoing issue with the infotainment system freezing, after they had previously changed a module and the issue persisted. I was very rudely told by Simon that this garage does not offer warranty on the part that they have changed.
Furthermore the MOT included a wash and video health check, the car came out dirty and the video was a generic video not including my car. I have never had such a poor service that I will never return to Seat never mind this garage!

Car picked up for MOT on Motability garage stated car washed and inside cleaned this didn't happen got in touch with garage they stated no pressure for water but that doesn't mean the inside couldn't be cleaned also noticed a scratch and paint off on front driver side panel as if car had been hit couldn't say if this was done at the garage as I hadn't checked before it was picked up this could have happened outside my house by someone else phoned and e-mailed garage about this had no reply after talking to them about it and sending photos as requested this garage hardly Evey return cslls
