Having bought my second hand van from a dealer in Bristol, I had to take it here for warranty repair. Absolute first class service. John from the service dept kept me up to speed all the way through the process, by phone and email. Collected me from local stn when i picked van up. They dealt with the dealers I purchased from, so made this a pain free experience

Unfortunately it seems to be run by pretty useless teenagers with little or no respect for people on disability. As soon as I mentioned the vehicle is being purchased through Motability, they changed and didn't seem to care about the sale. I felt absolutely useless there and felt judged.

I only wanted to test drive the EcoSport and Kuga and they can't even do that. "Call back tomorrow" still the same "call back tomorrow". I couldn't open the boot of the Kuga and they said the battery is dead, walked off and sat back down....

It's safe to say that I won't be getting a Ford because of them. Toyota, Nissan, Skoda and Volkswagen have much better service and have helped me out a lot with the situation.

Really excellent service from very professional staff. I was greeted by my name on my arrival at the dealership. I had requested a courtesy car while my car was serviced, and an identical model was provided without any hassle at all. I was kept updated by phone whilst my car was being serviced. Thanks to Richard, and his colleague (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) who carried out the software updates for the infotainment and navigation systems. Both staff were very informative and helpful.
My car was fully valeted ready for me to collect. Absolutely five star service. I would highly recommend Days in Haverfordwest.

Quite disappointed on my last visit for my car to have second service.
Cannot fault Richard on Peugeot desk always fantastic service,however on return to collect my car walking into showroom there were 3 receptionists all at their desks.
I was fully aware Richard Was not at his desk so tried to make eye contact with the other 3 individuals without interrupting them, however to no avail untill eventually the 2 salesman behind me asked me if they could help and one of them actually went out to the workshop to find somebody.

Being in customer service for 30 years I struggle with people totally ignoring a customer when all one of them had to do was acknowledge me
or at least make eye contact,
The guy who handed my car back to me was very professional and gave excellent service.

Really good service. Left us to walk around on our own without pouncing but was helpful when we were interested in a particular. Car is just great...had gone up there on off chance but found our perfect vehicle.

Went Onto The Main Peugeot Website To Look At The Car Brochures And Got A Phone Call Saying I Had Made An Enquiry About The 208 Car Or Something, But I Was Only Looking At The Downloadable Car Brochures. I Don't Want A Car Yet, And I Haven't Even Started To Do Driving Tests, So Please Don't Call Me, Thanks.
