Had to go for a recall on our car. While we were walking around a salesman came up to us we explained we were just waiting but he kindly gave his time to us as we were very excited to see the Mustangs and even let us hear one. What a guy!! Thanks very much!!

Very professional staff, bright clean showroom good choice of cars. We were dealt with quickly and got the car we wanted.

Awful service and awful customer care. Multiple recalls on two very expensive vehicles, providing wait times of up to 6 weeks despite them being of an 'urgent nature'. No courtesy vehicles available, and no 'solution' presented by Days.

Been there twice won't go a third time. Stood there waiting for over 20 minutes both times and not one salesman approached me well that's one sale lost . I advise no one go there to buy a car

Brought a 2017 plate fiesta with 22k on the clock. It dropped its oil in Cornwall after doing less than a 1k since purchase.... Leaving my family stranded, ruining our only holiday after lock down.
Multiple phone calls hung up on and refusing they sold us a dud.
AA man suggested it was incorrectly maintained, so much for approved used.

Avoid like the plague.
