Fantastic service from the moment we went through the door. Mark and Paul took the time to let us make a decision, explained all the detail and packages to us. Collection did not go to plan my end, I was running late but this was accommodated and my Rio was waiting. No issues with communication following the sale. We didn't feel we eve. Wanted to look elsewhere.

Our sales executive was Gethin Coombes who was friendly and helpful. Not your average pushy salesman but very patient giving us all the information we needed to make our decision.
Test drive was simple process unlike Motorpoint where we had to sign on phone screen agreeing to lots of things before we could even sit in the car for test drive.
Would definitely recommend Gethin and the team who were all very friendly.

I can only speak for the Fiat - Abarth side of this location and my experience of it. These were one of the seven UK dealerships who were taking part in the Abarth 500e unveiling and my nearest abarth dealership.
The staff were incredibly friendly, passionate for the brand and what seemed like a 15 minute visit was nearly 2 hours, such was hospitality and casual conversations.
I'd be very happy to bring my car here for its service needs, and also if I were to ever be in the market for a car in the future.

Only went for a test drive of a new kia picanto. I had every intention of testing a smart car before making a decision on a purchase. The sales guy Jake was so great, relaxed, and not a typical pushy salesman.
His knowledge of that model was fab and really gave me the confidence to know that this was the car for me. Genuinely felt like we were dealing with an honest, knowledgeable and professional young man. Thank you Jake and Griffin Mill, can't wait for my new car to arrive.
