Booked an appointment with Sytner cardiff, for 11.00 am and I was late due to traffic. I was greeted with enthusiasm, being late was not a problem, I was seated with s coffee and a biscuit, my car was taken for inspection. I was updated within an hour. The end result was not available to them, my car was returned clean and the matter explained in detail. A pleasure to deal with. I will return.

Great service from BMW Cardiff. Imran Ahmed our salesman, was brilliant at organising our new BMW delivery from another dealer and organising the part exchange of our old one. The whole procedure was smooth and uncomplicated and we are delighted with our new car. Covid precautions all in place
