I came to purchase my used car from here which was over 16,000 pounds, at this price the least you can ask for is a reasonable standard on your car you are purchasing and good customer service and responsive after care. well what I received when I arrived was very friendly staff as you expect but I started getting the warning signs when inspecting the vehicle the engine bay was filthy, it hadn't even been wiped over which is hassle to clean and expect it to be as clean as the exterior. the interior was a different story, though the seats and carpet were clean I wiped down the steering wheel which left my wipes brown and the arm rest compartment looked like some one had genuinely eaten out of it and the door bins even had bits of plastic in them from the previous owner. I also checked the tyre pressure as it is a legal requirement and all of the pressure where odd some even being under the recommended value. I asked the assistant to have the tyres pumped before I left but got some guy who came from service who had an attitude problem saying they were all fine and only pumped up one by 5 psi and didn't really care much. I also noticed some major bits of damage which wasn't declared to me by the person who was selling my car to me. now I do expect the odd scratch here and there but these bits were very noticeable. now after all of that I explained this to the person who was dealing with me who wasn't there on the day and said they will speak to the manager and get it sorted. haven't heard anything for a week, I could go into consumer rights but its no point because in the end its just more stress to go down that route than to get it sorted yourself. very disappointed and misleading and you should check everything before you buy here and make sure the person who is selling you a vehicle is present on the day to deal with any issues there.

If you ever visit Sinclair Seat, you must ask specifically for Ffion Gowling. We were looking for a new company vehicle, something practical, fuel efficient, modern and ofcourse at the right price. Ffion was honest, very helpful, knowledgeable and built us a deal on the New Seat Ibiza 1.0 petrol FR (which is a fabulous car). We have previously owned a Skoda from Sinclair and had such good service from Brian, we hoped the same would be reflected from Seat and it most certainly has been. Other family members have also now been to see Ffion and have left the dealership having also ordered a vehicle. We also have had a service plan set up for the vehicle for a really good one off cost. There was no pushy salesman tactics or saleman attitude, was a pleasurable experience. Thankyou Ffion.
