Arrived around 5pm , said I'd like to get a car on motability , the receptionist was very polite and wonderful then the dealer was let's say amazing, couldn't of done anymore tbh , thought I'd be there good hour but it took 15 minutes if that , not sure if his name but began with A , looking forward to returning soon for Puma

The most useless and bone idol parts department known too man, complete shambles of a place with no interest in actually helping you at all.

Plasmarl is where I went and they were excellent there as always. No problems and sorted job out easily. Keep it up.

The only Ford dealership I go to. I've had many cars from Tom who is fantastic and he always finds me the perfect match. All staff are friendly and welcoming. Recommend everyone I can to go there for their high standards and professionalism.

Staff were polite and easy to deal with but unfortunately they ‘misplaced’ my part, so had to wait two days for a replacement even though I was promised that it was coming into stock the following day.

The service was absolutely impeccable, everyone was so friendly & very professional. Zoe deserves a customer service award. Can't wait to pick up my new car.
