Great service today. Popped in lunch time to get my battery checked. Thought I would need an appointment but within 5 minutes Mason came out to check the battery. Clean bill of health for the battery.

Very expensive.

I got charged £124 for a faulty rear indicator wire. I asked reception how was the price that high and he explained it’s what they charge for labour. The invoice stated they charged 1.5 hours of labour. I spoke with a couple of mechanic friends and explained that’s very expensive. Disappointed.

No clue what I just experienced! Impossible to park let alone find the door due to the absolute carnage of vehicles in front of the building. Once I eventually got inside, spoke to someone friendly who said they would give me a call later that day to get me booked it for later that same week.

No call was made for 3 days so I called them and no apology was made for not calling and they then offered to just look at my car in 4 weeks time… not even to fix the issue, just to look at it… no thanks!

Rude, unprofessional and dishonest.
Paid £15 to test battery, alternator and starter. The technician tested the battery first, which he told me was the issue - he then replaced it for £160. Then he told me that the starter was also broken and would be £350. He didn’t test the alternator at all! I tried to book the car in to get the starter fixed and was not able to arrange a time to do so despite phoning twice and told I’d be phoned back. Staff smoking, swearing and just wandering around. Establishment is badly maintained and unpleasant. Staff are rude, unprofessional and dishonest.

Very expensive and service should be improved. After I booked my, broken down, vehicle in for repair I was promised an estimate the next day..... didn't happen. When I contacted them 2 days later I was given an estimate and gave the approval for the work which I was told would be "a couple of days" hearing nothing I phoned 3 days, on Friday morning, later and was informed that the car was out on a final test run and they would contact me when it returned..... Didn't happen! I phoned at 1600 and was told that the car had been ready "for a while"
On collection of the vehicle I found that it was not in the condition ie settings that I left it . Sat nav and cameras were left disabled, the electronic trip screen had not been reset and the lights had been taken off auto and not restored.
The job had been completed and the car was cleaned and running.
Probably will not be using these again if I can find an alternative.

I shouldn't really give 1 start. Charge way over they should. Didn't keep us up to date with the work even though we rang no end of times. They had our van for months and still having problems after taking it back to be fixed 3 times and trying to say they found another problem worst garage I have ever known. Regret ever going there.

Phoned on Friday they fitted me in on the Saturday for an MOT. No fuss, honest and genuine with recommendations. On time with start and finish! Very happy customer! 😊 thank you!
