I was recommended the services of Sumner Auto Electrics by 2 other garages in Cardiff, due to their knowledge and experience of successfully diagnosing and resolving vehicle electrical issues.

The service I received was excellent. The appointment was easily booked in, the communication was very good and the explanation of the actual issue and how it was resolved was great.

The vehicle is not just fixed but drives much better than it did before, with improved overall performance. I won't hesitate in recommending this garage again to others.

I have had several electrical jobs done on my T5 Camper here and I am very pleased with all the work that they have done. The staff are really Friendly and helpful and give a very personal service.

The service given by Elijah and Mike was to say the least ‘Top Class’ from the moment I turned up to the completion of the work was faultless. Apart from the completed work being of the highest standards the communication throughout was excellent. I will definitely use again and would highly recommended this garage for work to be done on any vehicle.

I was recommended this garage by two trusted garages that I have used for many years. My car, a 11 year old Polo on 106000 miles had suffered a problem with its camshaft and it had to be towed by the AA here. They did a diagnostic check for £65 which confirmed it needed a new camshaft. Not being a mechanic myself I didn't want to spend around £900 on it having a new camshaft particularly as I had spent around £300 on other work on it in the last 3 months including a MOT so I managed to sell this as a non runner to a mechanic. Where Mike and the boss Elijah were very good were they allowed me to keep the car overnight with them for two nights free of charge whilst I found a mechanic to buy it and they didn't put me under any pressure. I therefore recommend their services 100%

After Green Flag took three months to deliver my car to them after it had had broken down in France, Sumner Auto Electrics managed to fix it within an hour. I was expecting big problems, but they sorted it quickly and efficiently.
I asked them around two months ago if they would be willing to have a look whenever it came, and they were all too happy to wait.
Brilliant communication, great attitude and a very reasonable price.

I can't fault the service I received from the team here, had a really weird battery-draining issue that was diagnosed and fixed in 24 hours. 2 People previously looked at the issue and couldn't find the problem, but Mike and the team fixed the issue with ease. Very friendly service five stars

Great service from the guys, it takes a while to get a slot but this just shows how revered they are and well worth the wait.
Good communication, dropped my vehicle in at 8am and had it back by 13.30 the same day even though parts had to be picked up from the Manufacters.
Competitive prices and excellent workmanship, a pleasure to do business with you and would certainly recommend for both commercial and domestic customers.

Very friendly helpful team, finished the work quickly and very reasonably priced. Appreciated them being so accommodating with me changing the appointment last minute, as well as staying later so I could pick up keys after my work day finished. Would definitely use them again, and recommend to anyone :)
