Glass assist uk were fantastic! They made what was a stressful situation easier with their speedy repair of my back windscreen. They kept me informed at all times. Cannot thank them enough for their brilliant service.👏

Very unimpressed. Received a quote via email, booked and arranged a date for the work to be done then a no show from the company and zero response to emails on the day requesting an update. Poor all round service which has resulted in me having to go elsewhere and now because it’s a Friday I’m left all weekend awaiting the glass to come in and can’t get it repaired until Monday. Shocking service

To update this company don’t like bad reviews and send very prompt emails with falsified information and even threaten legal action for you to remove your review. They advised false information with regards my house, my mobile number and even my neighbour and his car all of which I rebuffed in an email back and then when you prove them wrong they cease to reply. Stay away

Spoke to John at glass assist about a new windscreen. Was given a quick quote which was better than anywhere else I'd tried. A fitter came out that afternoon and replaced my screen with no issues at all. Great lads with a great company who are really focused on their customers. Brilliant job

I used this company today . They replaced my windscreen, they were a third if the price that AutoGlass quoted. Excellent service Paul the technician saved my original screen and saved me £300 extra.
Would definitely use and recommend this company .

Our insurance put us in contact with Glass Assist UK, they phoned to arrange a windscreen replacement. They came down and sorted on the day agreed, also contacted prior to make sure we were in. They sorted the windscreen but also had a minor issue with it a couple of days later, I contacted them to ask for help with the issue, at no hassle at all they arranged to pop down a couple of days later to have a look, they then replaced it again and re-fitted at no extra cost.

First class service and would highly reccomend.

Very quick and efficient and cheaper than what I'd been quoted from another company. Called to enquire at 9am and repair was done by 12 the same day. Technician took extra care to clean up all the broken glass too which I would have been happy to do myself. Overall great service very pleased.

Went here as my driver's door window was stuck down.. they temporarily fixed it so I could use the car and ordered a new part which was fitted the next day.. excellent service and customer service was amazing.. would definitely recommend them.

My workplace has had 2 windscreens replaced on different vehicles in the last 2 weeks. It was great service and communication from Tyler from the office . The fitters were also efficient and friendly . Would recommend for any further work 😁
