One of the customer service reps having been very rude / out of order (shouting), however, the rest of the team was very helpful and patient with handling the escalated situation and taking over. The business exec manager also took the time to personally look into the customer service phone records and give me an unexpected courtesy call later in the day despite other team members already having resolved the initial matter.
I have also received a written acknowledgment from the manager as requested. I really appreciate the kind gesture, time and effort from the rest of the team and the manager as well as their Twitter team who facilitated a quicker communication. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the insurance as I have opted for all the covers and when I had a breakdown and I called the insurance, they are saying I don’t have breakdown cover. This happened because of the insurance person forgot to do update the insurance details properly. I ended up paying extra for fixing my car. And Toyota insurance send me an apology for the mistake. However the stress and the money I spend is not been compensated. I wouldn’t choose Toyota insurance again. Thank you

Extremely disappointed and devastated with toyota car insurance, they have cancelled my policy because while i was away on holiday, they sent a letter to my door and they claimed that they sent me email me about the required documentation but they did not. As i was away I couldn’t provide it and when i came back i was in disbelief and in destress about this because i couldnt have done anything more. I asked them if they could extend the date alittle while longer and they replied with no and told me go to a different insurance company also they only sent back half of what i paid and no resolution severely disappointed and do not recommend.

Very poor service. Expecting us to wait 2 weeks to get our stolen catalytic converter fixed even though they have the part in stock. The reason I'm told is so the bodyshop can save money by delivering the courtesy car at the same time as collecting our vehicle. If they just collected our vehicle they wouldn't need to even give us a courtesy car. And the cheek of it is, Toyota insurance services expect us to contact the bodyshop to try to arrange this. Had enough of Toyota. Cat keeps getting stolen. Insurance pathetic. When the cars fixed its getting sold and that's us done with them.

Long waiting times and call back request needs improvements. 2 rings and they hang up before you can answer
