I have been waiting for 2 weeks for someone to come back to me to order some parts, I've phoned 3 times, I've emailed them my requirements as requested and even left messages on web chat. I realise we are in difficult days but they are absolutely useless. I've been very patient if I could give them a minus rating it would be a 5

Great company to buy Land Rover parts from. Very friendly and helpful service via the live chat, nice website to place orders and quick delivery. Highly recommend this company.

As a online business as well as a repair business I can't praise this company enough. They have been there for us in these bad times where other suppliers have failed. Always on the end of the phone or email and their support is outstanding. A company that you can deal with and trust.

So I ordered something online in the evening then realised I had missed something out so tried to call the following morning early to add to my order but kept on getting through to a recorded message saying no one is available to take my call please email us at hello@bearmach which i did and then recieved a call back around 1 hour later only to be told my order had been dispatched and I could not add to it I would have to pay postage again £7.50 for a £3.14 plastic bonnet clip when I complained to the lady on the phone she said I should have called earlier when I told her that no one bothered to answer the phone earlier she apologised but basically said too bad I won't be shopping there again too quick

Used to be good when you could speak to an actual person who know what they were doing at their retail counter and at their Swansea branch. Sadly both closed now by corporate powers that be who have zero interest in both the products and the customers, just the bottom line.
Find yourselves a retailer with any of the old staff who have the expertise and go there instead. You'll be onto a winner.

Purchased what was believed to be the correct part, unfortunately the part listings aren't exactly clear. When this arrived it was not fitted but held in location to check connection and orientation, this is when the mechanic discovered it was the wrong part and I requested a return and refund as wrong part ordered, then ordered correct part using Dealer part number.

Now I have been told by the customer service "The part in question has been inspected and demonstrates obvious signs of fitment. As this is a safety critical item we are now unable to return this to stock"
And that i should collect the part.

Then to make things worse the correct part when fitted is faulty and caused further error codes. This resulted in not only having to pay additional money for a dealer part but also a 3rd garage charge for work undertaken.

I am yet to have a response regarding the faulty item, but I don't hold high hopes of recovering my financial loss due to the this companies poor customer service and equally poor quality parts.

Very poor customer service rang them to place order was told they don't do that anymore all online will not use again!! and to compound the issue customer vehicle repair delayed as using courier company who informs me delivery between 5pm - 6pm pretty useless really.

I gave 4 stars because of the very polite ladies that have answered and sorted my query regarding the wrong side mirror glass thats a thumbs up. However I deducted one star for the wrong answer I was given to a question which resulted in me getting an incorrect side in the first place !!! The question was " when you describe a mirror as left hand or right hand is that left or right sat in the vehicle or left or right stood in front looking at the vehicle". He didn't know so asked someone else and later gave me the information the left hand mirror is the drivers side from which I read deduced it was if you were standing in front of the vehicle WRONG . When it arrived it would only fit in the mirror case I'd it was glass wide inwards . Confused so was I but don't worry the fine ladies on the phone sorted it out and we had a good laugh about it . Am now waiting for the new correct part to arrive. Quick delivery by the way next day for small parts . That's a thumbs up from me
