Thee worst customer experience I have ever had. Mis sold premium membership and lack of support or care to resolve anything.

Went in my Great Yarmouth store to get a battery replaced, was sold their premium membership on the promise this could be cancelled after I used the savings. When I questioned this, I was reassured this is the case and could be done on my account.

This wasn’t the case, and the store denying all knowledge. 8 days it took to get an answer from an awful live chat support.

Told the store doesn’t say this, but why would I pay a £50 membership to save £25?

Stay away if you can, staff don’t know their own product and don’t seem to care that they aren’t trained. Such a shame.

On Saturday 5th November, my wife and I took our Grandson to the Gt Yarmouth store as it was his birthday and he wanted a new bike. He found one he liked (picture attached) and the young lady that served us was very good, she went to the stock room and came back and said you have two in stock and we asked you to make it up for us, she charged us for this and said it'd be ready today (Sunday) from 3 o'clock. Our son went to collect it today with our grandson to be told they didn't have one put aside for him, let alone made up for him. They were then told you have one in Lowestoft and you'll have it made up and ready for him to collect as from Thursday. As you can imagine my grandson was distraught, and they've only just calmed him down from the disappointment. I just tried calling the shop with no reply, if you get Lowestoft to build it, my son will collect it from there Monday / Tuesday rather than wait until Thursday. Please let us know if this is a possibility.. There is obviously some sort of procedure in your stock reservation system that doesn't work. Also I assume you would of had a list of the bike builds that were needed for today, if that's the case you should if called my wife to apologize, to save my grandson the disappointment as it was my wife's telephone number you took at the time of the sale. I purchased a bike online for my partner for Xmas and attended the store for collection. I was a little sceptical about my choice but Ian (in the Great Yarmouth store) was fantastic. He did everything he could to help and left me feeling content with my purchase. He was very friendly and gave perfect, reassuring customer service. Would be happy to walk into store again and see Ian on shift!

Both headlight and sidelight stopped working on my PT Cruiser so ordered a new set to be fitted but it turned out it was not the bulbs that were the issue. Rob took a lot of time to initially try and find the fuse box, which is hidden in the engine & not where the handbook says it is, and when that turned out to be working he eventually found it was the connection that was faulty. He patiently repaired the wires and everything worked perfectly after over about an hour and a half. Big thanks for your effort Rob and willingness to successfully finish the job. Highly recommended.

Went to halfords today as needed new brake lights, the lovely Andrea approached me to ask if i needed any help, she showed me which bulbs i needed and offered to fit them for me which was perfect! She signed me up for the motoring club also which saved me on my purchase today. Andrea was friendly and efficient! Very happy, thankyou :)

Sorry for the late response...... we had a very good professional lady called Andrea dealt with our window screen issue on Sunday.... she was not only professional but very pleasant in her approach and manorism towards us. A very pleasing great customer service given.. thank you Andrea.

Brilliant service from the staff. I think Jay and another lovely lady at the till (sorry I can't remember the name). Despite being from London and coming for a few days breake in Great Yarmouth, both of them were super helpful and sorted my wipers issues bought back in London. If everywhere you can find such a great people and helpful this world would be a much better place for everyone!

Headlight bulbs needed replacing. I only had to wait 15 minutes. Staff were professional and polite. Very pleased.
